Shopping

Abby is a great shopper!  She went to Walmart with me on a Saturday at noon (good thinking on my part right?)  She was a trooper.  She did not fuss and was great!  We were there forever because we saw TONS of people we new and stopped to talk to most of them.

Tried cereal again - FAILED AGAIN

Well, we tried feeding Abby rice cereal again.  We thought fall break was good time to try again.  She's about a month older.  It's still a no go.  She doesn't understand the concept of eating with a spoon.  She acts like she likes the rice cereal but doesn't know how to keep it in her mouth.  We will try again.

Fall break day #1

The theory of the day...take TONS of pics and you will get some great ones!  Abby was rolling around on the living room floor so I took a bunch of pics and was lucky enough to actually click the button and capture a smile!  She smiles all the time but I have such a hard time getting it on camera. 

Let fall break begin!

Passed out after a long day

Abby is a trooper!  She had a busy day and was so tired when we got home.  She went to the bus barn with Daddy, she had friends from church come over (Jared and Sondra), she went shopping at Target, Hobby Lobby, Mardel, and Walgreens, and stopped for food at Panda Express and Braums!  No crying, to fussing, just went along for the ride as mommy and daddy took her all over town.  When we got home she passed out.  The bad thing is, when she is sleeping so sweetly, I don't want to put her in her crib.  I just want to hold her!!

Love her

I don't get much time with her awake each day so when I do, I like to hold her and play with her.  This was taken while she was laying on my tummy.  She was in such a good mood!  Is it bad to say that?  It's not like she's usually in a bad mood but she was so smiley and happy (and has been lately).  I just love this girl so much and I am so blessed that God made her especially for Donnie and I!

Jared loves Abby

Yes, it's true!  When we first brought Abby home, Jared came to look at her and talk to her but never wanted to hold her.  Then he'd hold her when Sondra would put her in his arms.  Now, he grabs her first when we are together.  Abby loves Jared right back because she ALWAYS has the biggest smile ready for him.  So Jared (and Sondra) thanks for loving Abby.  Please know she loves you right back!  PS Enjoyed lunch together today :)
