Milestone!

Yes, you've read it right!  Abby reached a milestone yesterday!  She chose mommy's first day of school to roll over from her tummy to her back!  Apparently she did it several times...enough that daddy was able to capture it on our video camera.  I was able to see her do it when I got home too!  Sad I missed it but so amazed at all the things that she is learning to do each day!  These pics are shortly after the big event when she was tired out and napped for a long time to recuperate.

Day at the bus barn

Abby spent the day with Daddy at the PC bus barn.  It was PC's first day of school and I think Daddy was missing driving so...what better to do than go to the bus barn and see all his co-workers with Abby.  I hear there was a lot of holding and baby talk.  Glad all Donnie's friends were able to meet Abby today!

First day home with Daddy=SUCCESS!

Today was Abby's first day home with Daddy all day.  Mommy was at work all day.  It was a successful day!  Abby slept a lot and wasn't fussy today...which is oposite of the way things have been going lately.  I am so glad that it was a good day for Donnie and Abby!!  Yahoo!!!

Crib test run

Abby is took her crib for a test run today during nap time.  She doesn't sleep in it yet.  We like to put her in the crib from time to time to try it out so ti won't be so foreign when we put her in the crib nightly.  I love the "pass" half hanging out of her mouth!

Helping mommy at work and my new favorite place to play

Abby's new favorite toy is her play mat.  She will lay on it for a LONG time and look at the things dangling.  She will also try to "talk" to the dangly things.  The sounds of glee coming from her while on the mat are precious!  There is a flower that is cruchy when you touch it (see at her feet?) and she LOVES to kick it and make the crunching sound.  Then, I had to go to work so Abby went with me and she took a nap on my desk.  I sat and made sure she did not roll off while I worked.
